Guaranty and Returns

The items you find on this site are for the most part, 70 to 100 years old. Given the age of these items you can expect some wear. Metal items may have minor scratches or other light wear to the finish or patina, which would be considered normal. Pottery may have crazing or factory imperfections which may be normal. Other than these conditions, Arts and Crafts, etc. will describe, as well as possible, any defect that bears on the value of metal, pottery or other item being offered for sale.

All items are guaranteed to be as stated in description. If for any reason the buyer is dissatisfied with an item, the buyer may return the item for a full refund less shipping costs. The buyer must notify Arts and Crafts, etc. within three days from receipt of item by email sent to of the buyer's intention to return item. The item must be returned to Arts and Crafts, etc. within 21 days of receipt by buyer in the same condition as it was originally shipped.

Arts and Crafts, etc. will not accept any returns that do not comply with the terms and conditions stated above.

Arts and Crafts, etc. takes great care in packaging and shipping of each item. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. All shipments are covered by insurance. You must notify Arts and Crafts, etc. in the event an item is lost or damaged in shipping. If an item is damaged in shipment, the item must be returned in or with the same carton as shipped.

Privacy Policy

Arts and Crafts, etc. values your right to privacy. Any information collected by Arts and Crafts, etc. is kept strictly confidential and is not and will not be shared with anyone. We may collect information from emails you send us or from information you provide when making a purchase with your credit card on-line, over the phone or otherwise. Only the owner, Charles Wollitz sees any credit card information at Arts and Crafts, etc.

We may use your phone number or email address to contact you regarding your transaction to verify information or clarify your order. In addition, we may contact you from time to time by email to let you know about our services and merchandise. In the event you do not wish to receive these emails, you may notify us by return email. We will cease to send you emails.

Credit card transactions are processed by NOVA Systems. You should refer to their Privacy Policy to determine how your information is handled by them.
